Heidi Rodenbaugh

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND CLIENT ENGAGEMENT

As Director of Operations and Client Engagement for Boardwalk Financial Strategies, Heidi serves as Mike’s right hand and keeps the office humming. She manages everything from operations, human resources, and administrative affairs to ensuring the client experience is above and beyond. She continues to expand her role, ensuring the highest level of value for Boardwalk clients.

Heidi graduated from the University of Wisconsin‐Madison with a double major in personal finance and economics. She began her career as a consultant at Altair Advisers, spending almost three years servicing high net worth families. She truly enjoyed her time as a consultant, and spending time with Mike ‐ her new colleague at Altair.

Heidi eventually decided to leverage her friendly personality in a sales role. She spent the next five years working in sales for Cision, a PR software company in Chicago. During these years, she was responsible for sales and account management of software platforms working with executive level management of various firms. In 2013 Heidi left her sales role and took on various internal roles at Boardwalk Financial Strategies.

She is the mother of three children and is highly involved in the kids’ extra curricular activities. She coaches her daughter’s lacrosse team and is on the board of Lake Country Warhawks, the local girls youth hockey program. She loves family travel, spending weekends at the lake, volunteering, hiking with the 2 family Weimaraners, and watching her kids’ many sporting events.
